THE FORMATS

Choose how your brand shows up.

FORMAT 01

Residential society activations

Community promotions, demonstrations or engagement activities, subject to society approval.

FORMAT 02

Campus experiences

Institution-approved brand experiences and kiosks with agreed timings, storage and access.

FORMAT 03

Product sampling

Product distribution and promoter-led conversations with a defined stock and reporting process.

FORMAT 04

Kiosks & experience zones

Temporary branded setups designed around the venue footprint and visitor flow.

Make the placement relevant.

The experience should have a job: a product trial, an opt-in enquiry, a demonstration or a store visit. Venue selection, promoter instructions and a simple follow-up process need to work together.

What we confirm before booking.

  • Define the action you want participants to take.
  • Confirm venue consent, space, electricity and timings.
  • Agree promoter count, training, stock handling and setup.
  • Plan consent-based lead capture and the handover format.

What shapes the quote?

Venue fees, days, staffing, fabrication, logistics, storage and giveaways contribute to the budget. Longer installations need written arrangements for overnight storage and access. Event approval is always venue-specific.

Know what proof to expect.

Reporting can include setup photographs, agreed activity logs and opt-in leads. Sampling or interaction counts should have a clear collection method and are not automatically sales.

THE BUYER'S CHECKLIST

Compare the scope.
Not just the headline price.

A venue booking, a branded kiosk and a staffed customer interaction are separate deliverables. Define the interaction first, then price the infrastructure.

THE QUESTION TO START WITH

What should a visitor do, where will it happen, what infrastructure is needed and how will enquiries be handed over?

Footfall, interactions, samples distributed and qualified enquiries are different measures; one should not silently stand in for another.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little clarity now makes for a better campaign later.

Ask your question
Can you arrange a society or university kiosk?

We can scope the requirement and seek venue approval. Placement, fees and duration are not confirmed until agreed with the venue.

Will promoters collect leads?

Lead collection can be included with a clear consent notice and a defined handover process.

Can an activation run for several weeks?

Yes, subject to space, staffing, storage and venue terms being agreed for the longer duration.
