Society advertising.
Meet the community.

THE FORMATS

Choose how your brand shows up.

FORMAT 01

Lift & lobby campaigns

Coordinate static lift formats and available screens across shortlisted communities.

FORMAT 02

Community activations

Promotions or demonstrations scheduled with the society or facility team.

FORMAT 03

Approved entrance media

Explore entrance or gate placements only where rights and necessary approvals are confirmed.

FORMAT 04

Community campaign combinations

Use one consistent message across the selected residential touchpoints.

Make the placement relevant.

Do not assume that every society has the same residents, placement options or commercial terms. A useful proposal identifies actual communities, the touchpoints available and how each fits the brand brief.

What we confirm before booking.

  • Define the residential catchment and campaign audience.
  • Confirm society participation and placement availability.
  • Check resident communication requirements and creative restrictions.
  • Agree campaign dates, inspections and an issue-resolution contact.

What shapes the quote?

Society selection, touchpoints, duration, production and activation requirements shape the plan. RWA consent does not by itself establish that every roadside-facing advertising format is permitted.

Request a current quotation

Know what proof to expect.

The confirmed community list and documented deployment form the campaign baseline. Reach figures, if provided, should distinguish total homes from occupancy or verified audience data.

THE BUYER'S CHECKLIST

Compare the scope.
Not just the headline price.

Community media can build a presence over time; a sampling day creates a different type of interaction. Keep the two schedules and their permissions clear.

Buying detailWhat a useful proposal should confirm
Community shortlistSociety names, target catchment, approved areas and a dated source for any occupancy information.
Touchpoint selectionLift, lobby, noticeboard or permitted common area; check suitability and the actual placement rights.
Persistent versus eventPeriod for installed media, or date/time/footprint for an activation. Quote them as separate components.
Approvals and resident accessManagement permission, vendor/crew entry, resident communication rules and any required public-facing advertising approvals.
Response designCampaign-specific enquiry route, appointment/demo booking or opt-in interest collection.
EvidencePlacement register for media; activity records and consented enquiries for events. Third-party app delivery requires its own contracted report.
THE QUESTION TO START WITH

Which communities and touchpoints, a sustained presence or an event, and which response will be collected?

A community relationship does not automatically authorise every placement, resident database access or third-party app advertising.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little clarity now makes for a better campaign later.

Ask your question
Do you publish a live list of available societies?

No. Availability changes. Request a current shortlist for your preferred neighbourhoods and dates.

Can an entrance gate be co-branded?

It may be explored, but ownership, society consent and any applicable outdoor advertising approvals must be checked first.

Can I combine posters and an on-ground event?

Yes. Each component is quoted and approved separately within the overall plan.

LET'S MAKE A PLAN

A good campaign starts with a useful brief.

Tell us where, who and what you want to achieve. We will take it from there.
