THE FORMATS

Choose how your brand shows up.

FORMAT 01

Indoor digital screens

Screen placements in suitable residential, retail or commercial environments, subject to availability.

FORMAT 02

Portrait screen campaigns

Vertical creatives designed for the actual screen size, reading distance and sound conditions.

FORMAT 03

Outdoor digital displays

Explore digital billboard opportunities with venue-specific schedules and commercial terms.

FORMAT 04

Multi-screen creative adaptation

Prepare creative versions for different aspect ratios and display environments.

Make the placement relevant.

A digital screen is shared inventory unless stated otherwise. The plan should explain spot duration, loop length or booked frequency, operating hours and how changes or outages are addressed. Screen count alone does not describe the exposure being purchased.

What we confirm before booking.

  • Confirm the actual venue and available screen inventory.
  • Check spot duration, loop terms and operating hours.
  • Provide silent-readable creative for locations without audio.
  • Agree available playback reporting and downtime handling.

What shapes the quote?

Screen location, booking period and share of display determine the quote. Production and adaptation may be separate. We confirm inventory before proposing a firm schedule or price.

Know what proof to expect.

Proof-of-play depends on the screen operator and playback system. Ask what logs or visual checks are available; a creative upload screenshot alone does not prove physical display.

THE BUYER'S CHECKLIST

Compare the scope.
Not just the headline price.

Screen ownership, advertising inventory and programmatic buying are different capabilities. Start with the screen and schedule that will appear in the proposal.

Buying detailWhat a useful proposal should confirm
Venue and screenNamed environment, screen ID, indoor/outdoor position and operating area. Distinguish residential, retail, workplace and roadside screens.
Slot and rotationCreative duration, loop or share-of-time arrangement, operating hours, campaign period and delivery basis.
Creative specificationOrientation, native dimensions, safe areas, file/video requirements and audio policy supplied by the operator.
Trafficking and changesApproval, upload deadlines, version naming, time scheduling where supported and change limits.
Buying methodDirect reserved inventory or an explicitly confirmed programmatic arrangement. Targeting features depend on the actual supplier and technology.
Delivery evidenceAvailable playout records, outage definitions, exception reporting and make-goods. State separately whether any audience estimation is included.
THE QUESTION TO START WITH

Which screens and venues, what share of time, which operating hours and which reports are contractually available?

Playback totals are not impressions. Screens with different loops and hours should not be compared using only a monthly price.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little clarity now makes for a better campaign later.

Ask your question
Do all screens support audio?

No. Sound availability and venue restrictions are confirmed individually. Silent-readable creative is usually a useful starting point.

Can I update the creative during a campaign?

Often possible, but update limits, approval requirements and lead time must be agreed for the selected inventory.

Is this a live screen inventory website?

No. Use the brief tool to request an up-to-date shortlist and commercial proposal.
