01. Define the booking unit

Is the proposal for a property, individual screens or a network package? Confirm cities, screens, dates and ad duration in writing.

02. Ask about scheduling

Movie and auditorium schedules may change. Clarify what is being guaranteed by the operator and how changes are communicated. Do not rely on an unconfirmed movie association.

03. Check the delivery specification

Confirm aspect ratio, resolution, duration, audio requirements and accepted delivery format. Technical conversion or certification requirements may affect scope and timing.

04. Design for one remembered action

A short film has limited time. Prioritise the brand, one useful message and a simple next step. Check that contact information can be read at the intended viewing distance.

05. Agree reporting before launch

Ask what schedule confirmation or playback evidence is available. Keep booking verification separate from audience estimates and actual business responses.

Apply the guide to a real brief.Specific formats, approvals, commercial terms and available evidence are confirmed in the campaign proposal. This guide is general planning information, not a live rate card.
