What actually goes into a lift advertising quote?

Compare the same sites, formats and production scope before comparing the total.

DESIGN CONCEPT / LIFTVisual notes

Compare the same sites, formats and production scope before comparing the total.

01. Start with the location list

Ask for the societies and exact placements being quoted. A total number of lifts or homes is not enough to tell whether a campaign reaches the catchment relevant to your business.

02. Separate format from production

A poster, door vinyl and digital slot are different products. Confirm the dimensions, print material, fitting, removal and creative scope. For screens, ask about spot duration and loop terms.

03. Make the duration explicit

Check campaign dates, installation windows, minimum commitments and whether renewals need a fresh availability check. Do not assume category exclusivity without written confirmation.

04. Agree what proof means

Installation photographs can verify placement. Playback logs may be available for some digital systems. Neither automatically measures individual viewers, enquiries or sales.

05. Request a comparable proposal

Share your target catchment, dates, preferred format and budget range. Ask for media, production and taxes to be separated so you can compare the options fairly.

Apply the guide to a real brief.Specific formats, approvals, commercial terms and available evidence are confirmed in the campaign proposal. This guide is general planning information, not a live rate card.
