Lift advertising planning
A practical guide to the formats, local coverage and creative decisions behind a residential lift advertising campaign.
Start with the audience, not the available wall
Before choosing a lift placement, define the customers you want to reach and the area your business can actually serve. A restaurant promoting an outlet, a school planning admissions and a healthcare brand explaining its services may require different society shortlists. Ask for named locations instead of treating every residential building as equivalent.
Choose the placement format
Dizittal's archive includes framed posters, lift-door vinyl and door-side placements. Compare the available surfaces against your message, campaign period and production requirements. A photograph of an earlier installation is a useful format example, but the current site list and availability should be confirmed separately.
Make one clear message easy to understand
We recommend one main proposition, a readable brand name and a clear next step. Check whether the final artwork is suitable for the actual panel dimensions. Put essential contact information where it can be read without making the entire design a block of small text.
Agree what is included
A quotation should distinguish the media period from artwork, printing, installation and maintenance. Confirm the number of booked placements, start and end dates, replacement arrangements and what happens if a proposed site cannot be delivered. Include society approvals in the execution plan.
Decide how you will review the campaign
Agree installation photographs and any follow-up checks before launch. A dedicated enquiry link or a simple question about how a customer heard of you can support evaluation, but neither proves every enquiry came from the advertisement. Keep placement evidence and business outcomes separate in the final review.
Prepare a usable brief
Share your brand, objective, preferred neighbourhoods, campaign dates, budget range and creative status. The team can then propose an appropriate shortlist rather than sending a generic list of media. Review actual archive photographs alongside the proposed specification, and confirm the bookable schedule before committing.
